Description:

This project comprised the design and inspection of a bespoke state-of-the-art large (319sq.m.) private residential development set on its own 2-acre site overlooking the sea.

This included conceptual design, obtaining of planning permission, production of detailed construction drawings and specification details, plus inspection throughout the course of construction through to successful completion.

Demonstrates professional capabilities in being able to take a high-end residential development through from conception to completion
