Mercy School – Repair/Maintenance

Many of our school buildings date from the mid-twentieth century and are thus at an age where maintenance is a considerable and ongoing financial consideration in the upkeep of same.
In this particular instance, our services have been engaged to produce Consultant Reports (for separate projects such as Room conversion, refurbishment and roofing repair works) in order to secure departmental state funding, plus oversee the work during progress and duly provide all necessary paperwork/certification.
This series of grant-aided “mini-projects” is a particular area in which we have built up extensive experience over the past ten years or thereabout and, typically, we are by now quite au fait in dealing with the school’s Board of Management and the Department of Education and Science alike.
