Location: Ardcavan, Wexford

Description: Completed in 2007, this building clearly goes for a bold look with the strong use of colour for brand recognition. Beyond that its functional form and sweeping roof lines produce a simple but functional building. “Under the hood” however, the interior is technologically extremely advanced, which necessitated a high level of services coordination and extreme precision in all aspects of building work.
