Originally built in the late 1960’s, for over four decades this facility has been a “hidden treasure” with its unique and tranquil private coastal setting.

We are privileged to have been given the opportunity to bring this facility into the 21st century with a major re-development involving substantial demolition and replacement building / renovation work. Befitting of its truly unique and special setting, the new facility takes on a completely fresh and appealing ambience

The implementation of organic type conceptual design forms, along with the use of carefully selected natural materials simply adds to the experience that is now “Ballyvaloo”.

With the right commitment and a lot of imagination, it is perhaps a prime example of how an existing building can be literally transformed into something new and exciting.
